Refund policy

  


 With the exception of some VALENCIANO products, only unused items can be returned within 10 days.

Please note that after this period, we will not be able to accept return requests.

 ・Products must be returned in the same condition as they were first delivered.
 ・ When returning a product, please include all delivery items.

* Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following products (classified as “non-returnable”).

 ・ Sale products i.e. with a discounted price
 ・ Products with separated product tags, price tags, labels, etc.
 ・ Products whose packaging (i.e. bags, boxes, etc.) have been lost or damaged
 ・ Products that have been worn (i.e. used more than just “trying on”)
 ・ Products that have been soiled (i.e. odours, stains, or marks not present on delivery)
 ・ Hygiene products such as underwear and socks after trying on
 ・ Shoes and sandals worn outside (Please be sure to try footwear on indoors)
・ Gift-wrapped products
 ・ Items ordered for which the returnable period has expired

* If there is a quality defect or incorrect delivery, we will replace with the same product.
  If there is no exchangeable stock, we will make a full refund.

About product inventory
This site uses an inventory sharing system to adjust stock levels, but please note that inventory levels may vary over time. The product you have ordered may be out of stock at the timing of inventory renewal. Please contact us from the enquiry form for orders with a large number of sheets such as team orders.
